How to Send School Announcements

Broadcast messages to parents, teachers, and students instantly.

Go to Communication

Click "Communication" in the sidebar to access the messaging center.

Compose a new message

Click "Compose" and write your announcement. Use the rich text editor for formatting — add bold text, links, and lists.

Select recipients

Choose who receives the message: All Parents, All Teachers, specific classes, or individual recipients. You can combine audiences.

Send or schedule

Click "Send Now" for immediate delivery, or schedule it for a specific date and time.

Track delivery

Go to Sent Messages to see delivery status and read rates for each announcement.

  • Keep announcements clear and concise — parents read them on mobile devices.
  • Use scheduling for non-urgent messages to send during business hours.
  • Pin important announcements so they appear at the top of the parent portal.
