Getting Started with the Parent Portal
Access your child's grades, attendance, and school communication in one place.
Accept your invitation
When your child is enrolled, you'll receive an email invitation from the school. Click the link in the email to create your account with a secure password.
Log in to your dashboard
Go to app.skoolia.io and sign in with your email and password. You'll see your Parent Dashboard with a summary of your child's information.
View your child's overview
The dashboard shows today's attendance status, recent grades, upcoming assignments, and the latest school announcements — all at a glance.
Navigate the portal
Use the sidebar to access different sections: Grades, Attendance History, Assignments, Fees, and Communication. Each section provides detailed information about your child.
Enable notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled to receive alerts when grades are posted, your child is marked absent, or the school sends an announcement.
Tips & Best Practices
- Check the portal regularly — grades and attendance are updated in real-time.
- Use the Communication section to message your child's teacher directly.
- If you have multiple children at the school, you can switch between them from the dashboard.
